We were in a jam and needed the BenQ W1085ST lamp the next day so we called Pureland Supply around 3pm. Barb was extremely helpful and was able to get our lamp shipped out that day for a morning delivery the next day. Fantastic customer service and also a top quality product. The lamp is solid construction and is much brighter than our previous one.

We ordered our lamp on a Friday afternoon and needed it for the weekend so selected the Saturday delivery option. Sure enough it was delivered the very next morning in a well packaged box within another box - what incredible service! The lamp works great and we are so pleased we found Pureland Supply. Definitely use this company if you need a projector lamp.
