Projector Lamp Return Policy & Warranty Terms

At PurelandSupply.com, we strive to ensure you receive quality products in perfect working condition. Below are our Return Policy and Warranty Terms to help guide you through the return or exchange process for projector lamps.

1. Product Guarantee

  • Guaranteed Quality: All projector lamps are guaranteed to be in working order when received by the customer.
  • 180-Day Return Window: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products for up to 180 days from the purchase date.
  • Inspection & Installation: Customers must inspect and install the lamp upon arrival to confirm that the item is in working order.

2. Lamp Warranty Terms

  • 180-Day Warranty: Projector lamps come with a 180-day replacement warranty from the shipping date.
  • Return or Replacement Process: We will process replacements or refunds once the returned lamp has been inspected.
  • RMA Form: To initiate a return or warranty claim, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form is required.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping and all associated costs.
  • Non-refundable Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty is void if:

  • The product is damaged by the customer.
  • The product has been modified, unassembled, or reassembled.
  • The product is shipped outside of North America.

4. Associated Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies for lamps that can be returned to stock.
  • Reboxing Fee: An additional $5.00 reboxing fee will apply if the box is damaged, marked, or missing.
  • Refused Shipments: A $25.00 fee applies if a package is “Refused by Customer” upon delivery.
  • Address Correction Fee: A $16.00 fee applies if the shipper corrects the delivery address.

5. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Special Orders: Special-order items have a separate warranty. Customers will be notified if an item is special-order.
  • Used and Functional Items: Items that are still functional but not eligible for return to stock.
  • Items Without RMA: Items returned without an RMA form will not be processed.
  • Shipping Damages: Damage incurred during return shipping is not covered.
  • Improper Installation: Damages caused by improper installation, including any labor costs.
  • TV/Projector Malfunctions: Damage caused by malfunctioning parts in your projector or TV.
  • Acts of Nature: Damage caused by lightning, electrical surges, misuse, or natural disasters.
  • Loss of Use: We do not cover the loss of use or lost profits.

6. How to Return Products to PurelandSupply.com

If the lamp does not light after installation, please ensure the following before contacting us:

  • Reinstall the lamp and ensure the lamp cover is properly secured.
  • Check your owner’s manual for lamp replacement instructions.

Defective or Non-Working Lamps:

  • Contact Us: Call 610-444-0590 or email sales@purelandsupply.com immediately if your lamp is defective or non-working.
  • RMA Procedure: After contacting us, we will send you an RMA form. The lamp must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the RMA.
  • Packaging: Return the lamp in its original, undamaged packaging. If the box is missing, damaged, or marked, a $20 boxing fee will apply.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Ensure to obtain a tracking number when shipping.
  • Inspection and Replacement: Once we receive the returned lamp, we will inspect it and send a replacement if necessary.
  • Processing Fee: If the product is in working order, a 20% processing fee will be charged.
  • New Orders: If a new lamp is needed before a replacement is shipped, please place a new order, and we will issue a refund instead of a replacement.

Warranty Period: All lamps are covered for 180 days from the shipping date. After this period, no replacement will be provided.


7. If You Ordered the Wrong Lamp or No Longer Need It

  • 30-Day Return Policy: Return your lamp within 30 days of shipping for a refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).
  • Return Conditions: The lamp must be unused and in sellable condition. Return shipping and all associated charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are issued for the lamp cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • After 30 Days: We cannot issue a refund after 30 days from the shipping date.

8. If Your Lamp Was Damaged in Transit

  • Damage Claims: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving a damaged lamp so that a claim can be filed with the shipper.
  • Return Process: An RMA form and prepaid shipping label will be provided. Once the item is returned, a replacement will be shipped.
  • Processing Time: We must receive the damaged lamp before a replacement is sent. If you need a new lamp before the replacement, please place a new order, and we will issue a refund instead of a replacement.

9. If You Received the Wrong Item

  • Contact Us: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the incorrect item.
  • Return Procedure: We will send you an RMA form and a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (no markings). A $20 fee will apply for improperly packaged returns.
  • Replacement Shipping: The correct item will be sent once the returned item is received.

10. If You Did Not Receive Your Item

  • Contact Us: If you do not receive the item within the expected delivery time, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Tracking: Use the tracking number we provided to check the status of your shipment.
