I ordered a lamp replacement for our 50 inch Sony TV due to a big black spot on the screen. I have had to replace the lamp before and it corrected itself and we were good for another 2-3 years. Unfortunately I recd the lamp (actually the Friday before I was told it would come Monday) and put it in, it did not fix my problem. I contacted customer service who was very nice. explained what I had to do to return the lamp and emailed me the paperwork and instructions. I packed it back up and sent it back Fed Ex. It was recd Monday and when I checked my credit card it was credited by that Wednesday. I am very sad the lamp didn't work but it was a pleasure working with Pureland Supply.
