The E-Vision 1080p-8000 Digital Projection projector lamp replacement comes with a genuine original 400 watt Ushio bulb inside rated at 8,000 lumens (brightness equal to the original Digital Projection lamp). The E-Vision 1080p-8000 lamp has a rated life of 2,000 hours (5,000 hours in eco-mode). Beware of replacement lamps sold elsewhere with generic bulbs inside that have lower quality, reduced lumen output and shorter rated life.

Bought a replacement bulb from pureland about a year ago and projector is still going strong, have 2300 hours on it. It’s actually outlasted the OEM lamp we previously had. Just now starting to faintly flicker a little bit and seems a little dull, just placed an order for a new bulb - will continue to buy bulbs here. Great quality and price. Also for the record, my projector has lost power from storms and has been hit a few times and the projector lamp still withstood the surges. It’s a great bulb. Thank you!

Our lamp cost hundreds less but appears to be exactly like the original we took out of the projector.....why pay more? This is a top notch company with excellent service and products.

So far, so good. Very impressed after installation. Replaced both bulbs in one of our E-Vision 8000 projectors and the color and contrast are better than our other E-Vision 8000 projector with bulbs we got directly from Digital Projection. Impressed so far. Let's see how long they run...
